Instructions

Using a pair of body fat calipers, take 3 or 7 skinfold readings and complete the left and center columns above.  Each site being tested should be measured 2 or 3 times to get an average and ensure minimal variation.  The 7 site test is the same for both male and female, but the 3 site test is different:

male:  pectoral, abdomen, quadriceps
female:  triceps, suprailiac, quadriceps
