(hold all stretches for 10 seconds)
 

 

Quadriceps

Quadriceps

Lying on stomach with thighs together, gently pull ankle toward buttocks until stretch is felt.  Repeat with other ankle.

Pull heel toward buttocks until stretch is felt in front of thigh.  Repeat with other heel.
   

Quadriceps

Quadriceps

Holding one foot with same-sided hand, raise leg until stretch is felt.  Repeat with other side.

From starting position, raise leg until stretch is felt.  Repeat with other leg.
